The white-spot matrix displays which KPIs are addressed and to what extent. The program manager dashboard focuses specifically on the Germany location. Here, you can see which location-specific measures are at which stage of implementation (severity level), at what time, and who is responsible for them. The process pulse illustrates the extent to which the framework data for each process has been adjusted and which activities are taking place within the process. These activities are measures assigned to severity levels that enable a structured execution of processes.
