COMPLIANCE

Compliance Policy for Suppliers and Business Partners

01. Introduction

Our business practices are founded on integrity, responsibility, and sustainability. We expect our suppliers and business partners to share these values and commit to adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards. This compliance policy establishes minimum requirements and is binding for a responsible and fair business relationship.

Our business partners commit to upholding the following international standards and agreements:

  • United Nations Global Compact

Promotion of sustainable and responsible corporate governance

  • Universal Declaration of Human Rights (United Nations)

Protection of human dignity and respect for fundamental rights

  • ILO Core Labour Standards

Prohibition of forced labour, child labour, and discrimination; promotion of fair working conditions

  • Rio Declaration on Environment and Development

Commitment to environmentally conscious action and sustainable development

  • United Nations Convention against Corruption

Zero tolerance for bribery and unfair competition

  • United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child

Protection and promotion of children’s rights worldwide

  • OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

Adherence to high ethical, social, and environmental standards

  • Human Rights and Working Conditions

Our suppliers must ensure that their operations respect human rights and do not support forced, child, or discriminatory labour. Workers must receive fair wages, safe working conditions, and reasonable hours.

  • Environmental Protection

Our business partners are required to use resources sustainably, reduce emissions, and comply with environmental regulations.

  • Anti‑Corruption

Any form of bribery, conflicts of interest, or unfair competition is strictly prohibited. All business transactions must be transparent and auditable.

  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All national and international laws—especially in the areas of trade, export control, and data protection—must be observed.

Our suppliers and business partners commit to implementing appropriate measures to comply with this policy and to uphold its principles throughout their own supply chains. If we have any doubts about compliance, we reserve the right to conduct audits and, in case of violations, to engage in dialogue with our partners to determine suitable consequences, up to and including termination of the business relationship.

This policy is an integral part of every business relationship we enter into. We believe that continuous improvement and regular review of compliance with these standards are essential for a sustainable partnership. By working with us, our business partners agree to abide by this compliance policy and actively promote responsible and sustainable business practices.
