Open Value Innovation is the perfect platform for this. Companies actively exchange ideas about optimisation measures with their suppliers, customers and consultants, because they view existing processes and products from a different perspective. Coupled with their know-how, this provides valuable impulses for innovations.

Getting started in the digital innovation process is easy. Companies invite selected suppliers, customers and consultants to participate in Open Value Innovation and forward them improvement ideas by email. Lateral thinking is expressly encouraged. Savings potential is identified and processes are made more efficient through a direct exchange with each other. At the same time, business relationships are also deepened.

Proposed measures can be easily categorised, implemented and controlled via Valuedesk. External partners are informed continuously about the progress of “their” idea.

How do the ideas and innovations reach the customer?

To make it as easy as possible for the external partner, an extremely simple technology was developed: in order to submit an idea to the company, the external partner only needs to send an email for each idea individually to the central email address he has received from the respective company. In the subject line of the email the external partner briefly describes his idea. In the text part the further description follows. All file attachments of the email are automatically transferred to the customer’s database. Photos attached to the email are even displayed in the internal software newsfeed and thus increase attention considerably.
